Over the past 10 years Jason has been involved at the operational level in the pharmacy industry for both retail and long-term care pharmacies. Jason has spent a significant part of his career in developing a regional chain format that integrated a traditional pharmacy platform with complementary and natural remedies. As the Director of Pharmacy Operations with Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy he assisted in opening up pharmacies in Colorado, Washington, California, New Mexico and Oregon. He was able to utilize his background as a pharmacist and his masters in business administration to help grow a fledgling start-up to a multimillion dollar company. Recently, Jason has also been the Executive Director for Omnicare of Colorado and was responsible for running a long term care pharmacy that serviced 50 plus nursing facilities throughout Colorado and Wyoming. He has successfully managed large teams of personnel across multiple states and created operational policies and procedures necessary to maintain and grow those businesses.
