Tatum Lespron-Prehn Tatum, is a native of Arizona, and made the move to Colorado in 2002. She started Medical recruiting shortly after moving to Colorado. Having found out that she really enjoys the challenge and the success that pharmacy recruiting brings, she has decided that this is the career for her. When she is not working she enjoys learning more about the great state that she lives in and spending time with family. She started her recruiting career in 2000 when she moved to Denver from Omaha. Tonya loves the positive impact that recruiting allows her to have in the lives of others. Lisa feels comfortable in any recruiting setting enjoys the feeling of satisfaction when matching people to careers. She is a native on Minneapolis and graduated from the University Of North Dakota. After surviving many years of cold weather she relocated to Denver. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and getting out enjoying beautiful Colorado. Deb has worked all aspects of recruiting, including staffing, management and accounting. As a recruiter, Deb likes to focus on the quality of the placement, ensuring that all candidates are matched with a company that best fits their individual needs. She enjoys seeing each placement through to it's fruition and balancing the challenges until each placement is a success for all parties involved. She has worked in Human Resources/Recruitment for 13+ years, which includes Corporate, Clinical and Regional recruiting in various territories (CO, NM, WY, TX, AZ, UT, and WA). She has recruited exempt and non-exempt professionals, such as; Healthcare Professionals, IT, Senior Level Executives, Finance, Sales/Marketing, Claims Adjusters and Administrative support staff. She has also had the opportunity to recruit for Call-Centers in Puerto Rico and Canada – done relocations from overseas and East coast. Additionally she was a former HR Director at a staffing agency supporting internal/external employees and clients in various states. Ruby was born abroad and has lived in various parts of the world. She is bilingual in multiple languages, with the exception of Spanish which she is currently learning. She is also on target to complete her SPHR by the end of 2007. She entered the Recruiting industry in 2001 as a technical recruiter, worked her way up to an Executive Recruiter for both the IT and Pharmaceutical Industries and recently joined Rx ProHealth in 2005. Courtney loves the satisfaction of helping professionals find their ideal positions and clients find their ideal employees.
