Tatum Prehn
Tatum is a seasoned recruiter with a strong background in different arenas. She started Medical recruiting shortly after moving to Colorado. Tatum really enjoys working in the pharmacy field because she’s helped so many people grow within the industry. Tatum has also developed the Colorado market for pharmacists and has been leading the charge for developing new business in the Mountain region. Having found out that she really enjoys the challenge and the success that pharmacy recruiting brings, she has decided that this is the career for her. When she is not working she enjoys learning more about the great state that she lives in and spending time with family. Tatum is a native of Arizona and made the move to Colorado in 2002.

Shannon Fierro
Shannon has been in the business world for over 14 years with a strong focus on management. She has successfully lead high profile endeavors such as creating national implementation teams from cradle to grave. Her background includes internal recruiting, project management, team implementation, and process streamlining as well as national account management. Shannon decided to take a leap of faith at the beginning of 2006 and transitioned directly into the recruiting industry where she found the values encompassed within RxProHealth particularly welcoming. She has been an integral part of a very successful effort for her region, contributing to the growth and development of RxProHealth. Drilling down and finding a match between client needs and associate qualification has proven the leap of faith to be successful! During her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter – along with “trying” to train her 110 lb lab puppy, Clifford.

Del Phillips
Del Phillips comes to Rx Pro with a strong sales background. After many years in the mortgage industry he decided to look for a change and found Rx Pro. Del is a career driven and dedicated sales person that will prove to be a solid addition to the mountain team. He is a Colorado native that recently moved back home after living out in San Diego, CA for a few years. In his free time Del enjoys sports, and the outdoors.

Scott Driscoll
Scott Driscoll recently joined the RxProHealth team as an Account Manager in September of 2007. Scott has been a Recruiting Manager for the past 7 years. He received a BA in Business Administration and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of San Diego in 2000. Scott has a tremendous amount of Recruiting, Business Development, Sales, and Management experience in the Healthcare and Education Industries. Originally from San Diego, Scott recently moved out to Denver, Colorado one year ago. Outside of work, Scott enjoys sailing, hiking, and rock climbing. Additionally, Scott is in the process of acquiring his pilot’s license.
