Get Started in 3 Easy Steps:
- Application
Your first step is to complete our official Application Form, which requires your contact information, employment experience, licensure details and education information. Remember to sign and date this form in all the applicable places. You can either fill out the application form electronically and email it to your recruiter or greatjobs@rxprohealth.com OR you can print and fax the application back.
- Skills Checklist
Once you complete your application, you will also need to fill out the appropriate Skills Checklist.
- Reference Requests
The last step is to request professional references. Download the Professional Reference Request form, and send a copy to three of your most recent employers to complete. They will fax the completed forms to our secure fax number, and we will add them to your file.
